Amplifying Everyday Connection with NatureFix

In my capacity as Scientific Advisor for NatureFix,  I recently gave a presentation on how nature connectedness underpins human and planetary health. This also marked the launch of NatureFix wellness trails in South Africa, as part of a collaboration with Nature’s Valley Trust.  NatureFix is a smart app-driven initiative supporting nature prescriptions, landscape design and training in order to amplify the wellbeing benefits of being in nature.

Matthew Zylstra, PhD is an ecologist, lecturer and facilitator focusing on human~nature connectedness. His transdisciplinary research has entwined ecology, environmental psychology, and education in support of deep learning and wellbeing.
